The new router OF 2200 is truly amazing. Its unbelievable
power is best demonstrated when working on large workpieces
and hard material. The optimised size-weight ratio allows you
to control the new router OF 2200 even at full power. The firm
support on the workpiece also guarantees precise results and
ensures ergonomic and safe work.

30° for easier guidance
When routing with the side stop or the guide rail, the guide
rods of the OF 2200 are offset by 30°. This means that the
working position and advance direction are perfectly aligned.
A lot easier in difficult material and for long periods of routing.

Easily secured: the side and guide stop
Clamping of the two guide rods to the base plate and
the stop requires only one clamping screw - real time
saving. The ergonomically aligned stops also optimise
the application pressure on the workpiece.
Control elements within reach
The important control elements such as double column
clamp, On-Off switch and the extraction ring trigger can be
operated conveniently – without having to let go of the
router. This means that both hands remain on the machine
during the work operation. This is comfortable and increases
safety.

The OF 2200 offers an even greater working depth.
A tool with the right depth range.
With its extremely large routing stroke of 80 millimetres, the
OF 2200 guarantees an impressive routing depth. This is a
particular advantage when you are using templates. And this
is precisely why the new router is at home in window, con-
servatory, stair and interior fitting as well as in mineral mate-
rial processing.

Safely reaching the depths Versatile work
A great advantage of the new OF 2200 is the 80 mm routing
stroke: the collet is up to 10 mm above the base plate and the
cutters are safely clamped even with thick materials.

The projecting collet provides ideal support for the cutters – especially
when you are using routing templates in conjunction with thick
materials.
When cutting grooves on narrow supports, the router cuts precisely
without tilting thanks to the routing aid *.

The new router OF 2200 also offers you many options for
routing with templates. You can use the multiple routing
template, routing aids and worktop routing templates without
any problems.
The worktop routing template can be used to produce exact corner and
panel connections in a short time.
The multiple routing template with extension profiles * can be used to
effortlessly cut circles and segmental arches.

Fast and accurate profile cutter setting Work in a clean environment
A masterpiece, also with regard to fine adjustment: By cou-
pling the base plate and motor unit, you can now move the
base plate up or down in increments of 1/10 mm. This allows
you to adapt the profile cutter more easily and exactly to your
workpiece.

The new fast adjustment for profile cutters supplements and optimises
the fine adjustment using the well-known zero function.
Optimised dust extraction is indispensable if fine wood dust is
produced. This is why a new extraction concept with a lowera-
ble extraction ring was developed for the OF 2200. This guar-
antees an extraction performance of up to 99 %, even when
routing edges.
Extraction of the routing chips is good for your health but it should still
not hamper your work. The hose system has therefore been optimised
by providing an exhaust nozzle that can be rotated up to 45°.

The extraction ring can be pushed upwards for a perfect view of the
router and scribe mark. When the extraction ring is lowered, a closed
chip space is created when the cutter plunges into the material, which
prevents dust from getting through.

From the OF 2200 to the bench-mounted router
TF 2200.
A tool with real team spirit.
In conjunction with the CMS Compact Module System basic unit,
the new router becomes the powerful bench-mounted router
TF 2200: ideal for flexible and efficient processing of large work-
pieces and profiles. Height adjustment of the router is carried
out very simply from above with the help of a crank.
The routing guard and the double extraction connections guaran-
tee clean work on the bench as well. Furthermore, you can ex-
change the router module for other CMS modules as required:
for sawing or sanding.

• All kinds of routing work:
Rebates, round edges, routing radii and shapes
• Routing shapes and radii at ball bearing guide
• Jointing work at the stop
• For large radii and profiles
The routing guard guarantees perfect extraction and
good view of the routing position. It is included in the
TF 2200 set.

becomes a flexible, complete system. It means that you
always have the accessories necessary for the widest variety
of applications at your fingertips. Thanks to the tool-free
base runner and copying ring change, you can adjust quickly
and efficiently to the various tasks.

For copying rings with diameters up to 30 mm, in particular,
this base runner is perfectly suitable for use on edges with
small router bits. It prevents tipping when routing around
corners.

For copying rings with diameters up to 30 mm, in particular,
this base runner is also fitted with extraction openings for
upward extraction of the chips. For safe and clean routing.
