Note: 1. The indicated rates of tools and plants are exclusive of the cost of special tools and plant, the
cost of which will be charged to the estimate for the work.
2. The DDA will be allowed a rebate in the departmental charges on account of preparation of
preliminary sketches, and detailed architectural drawing relating to their works as per the
figures given in the breakup of departmental charges.
