The following particulars in connection with the above may kindly be furnished to this office at an<br />

early date:<br />

(1) Dimension of all boundaries and diagonals or angles sufficient to enable to draw out the complete<br />

site plan.<br />

(2) Position of all existing structures or/and permanent marks such as wells, trees, paths, roads,<br />

drains may be clearly indicated on the plan together with their dimension, widths etc. Any of<br />

the above features to be retained may be shown on the plan.<br />

(3) Any structure existing within 6m of the boundaries giving height of the same; also general<br />

buildings existing in the near vicinity giving their character, heights and purpose. The sizes of<br />

window and door openings, if any, of the structures abutting the site, and their right of way and<br />

light etc. may be clearly mentioned.<br />

(4) All roads abutting the site together with their widths, berms and importance with regard to<br />

traffic etc.<br />

(5) All levels, if any, may be marked in relation to all existing roads (crown or road level)<br />

(6) Direction of north as also the general prevailing winds in the different parts of the year. Average<br />

rainfall during the year.<br />

(7) All services available in the localities, such as municipal sewers, water supply, its pressure in<br />

relation to height, and electric supply together with their mains, if possible.<br />

(8) All local Municipal Bye-laws or layout schemes affecting the site, particularly in relation to the<br />

set-back lines on roads front, rear or side, total built-up area allowed and permissible height.<br />

(9) All local materials for construction together with their uses in local practice, and mode of<br />

construction with regard to walling, roofing and general finishes.<br />

(10) Complete plans, elevation and section of the existing structures together with photographs<br />

and brief specification in case extension is desired to the same.<br />

(11) Any other information pertaining to nature of soil and its capacity, or zone falling in the seismic<br />

area etc. may be given.<br />

NOTE: All information desired above may please be duly signed by the issuing officer.<br />
