Columbia Restaurant. There, fifth-generation descendents <strong>of</strong><br />

<strong>the</strong> original restaurant owners will regale you with Latin<br />

cuisine in classically picturesque and newly updated facilities.<br />

The presentation <strong>of</strong> EWRI Service, Standards Council, Section<br />

& Branch, and Student Awards will follow dinner. Flamenco<br />

dancers and live music will cap our evening in Tampa’s<br />

not-<strong>to</strong>-be-missed prime nightlife district.<br />

experiences <strong>to</strong> local students at <strong>the</strong> Florida<br />

Aquarium and in <strong>the</strong> Congress Exhibit Hall. For<br />

World Environmental & Water Resources Congress 2007<br />

Students are encouraged <strong>to</strong> register for and attend<br />

Congress events at greatly reduced rates. In addition<br />

<strong>to</strong> getting technical enrichment and a special introduction<br />

<strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> environmental and water resources<br />

engineering field, students may take part in special<br />

student activities. New Pr<strong>of</strong>essionals are also<br />

encouraged <strong>to</strong> take part in and attend <strong>the</strong>se<br />

activities.<br />

Several <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>se activities are already underway<br />

– designed <strong>to</strong> culminate with high excitement at<br />

<strong>the</strong> Congress on Thursday. These include:<br />

May 15 from 8:45 <strong>to</strong> 10:30 AM, at a cost <strong>of</strong> $25.<br />

At this breakfast, spouses and guests will have <strong>the</strong><br />

opportunity <strong>to</strong> gain new perspectives about <strong>the</strong><br />

area and tips for day-trip destinations. Spouses and<br />

guests are invited <strong>to</strong> attend this breakfast and all<br />

Congress social events and <strong>to</strong>urs on an à la carte<br />

basis. Please provide your spouse or guest’s full<br />

name on your registration form (see page 15)<br />
