How to Adjust the PC I/F unit<br />

1. Initialization of EEPROM<br />
1) Press SW2601 to enter the process mode.<br />
2) Execute S1 on the SSS menu. (By S1, the PC board alone is initialized. Do not execute S2, or all the<br />
adjustment data, except for the PC I/F unit, is initialized.)<br />
3) Make sure that the program version "VER. XXX" on the SPECIAL menu is the latest one.<br />
2. Level adjustments<br />
2-1. Setting the oscilloscope<br />
Set the oscilloscope's range to DC1V/div and 5µ S/div.<br />
2-2. Connecting the PC interface<br />
1) Connect the specified cable between ANALOG OUTPUT (on the signal generator) and DSUB connector<br />
(INPUT1 on the projector).<br />
2) Set the projector's input selector to INPUT1.<br />
3) Set the signal generator to XGA mode (1024x768, 60Hz, 32-step gradation). Also adjust the output<br />
amplitude (between black and white) to 700 mVp-p (terminated with a 75-ohm impedance).<br />
4) Turn on the power.<br />
2-3. Adjusting items<br />
1) Adjustment of RGB drive/gain<br />
(1) Feed the window pattern signal that has 100% and 0% signals.<br />
(2) Select AUTO among the A/D items in the process mode and make the adjustments.
