The ApplicationManagement Component<br />

– locating and selecting card-resident applications on any<br />
given smart card,<br />
– listing the applications which a particular smart card<br />
supports,<br />
– installing and uninstalling applications on smart cards, and<br />
– blocking and unblocking applications on smart cards,<br />
