3.1.1 Summary<br />
<strong>Astro</strong> is a <strong>co</strong>mplete <strong>access</strong> <strong>co</strong>ntrol system for 2 readers and 800<br />
badges. The <strong>co</strong>nfiguration is shown in the drawing below:<br />
<strong>Astro</strong> grants (or refuses) <strong>access</strong> <strong>co</strong>ntrol requests from badges presented<br />
to the readers.<br />
The system is programmable through a browser that <strong>co</strong>mmunicates<br />
with <strong>Astro</strong> using a TCP/IP <strong>co</strong>nnection.<br />
