a casino license, which would complete the offer of the
high standard hotel. Because there is a large interest
for Brcko District, and since the economy in Brcko is
constantly developing, number of automobiles in the
area is constantly increasing, and parking is an
increasing demand in the downtown area.
Investor may wish to include under ground parking in
the project.
The Government of Brcko District will give the investor
maximum flexibility to renovate the current building,
expand it, or construct a new one on the site.
