Study <strong>In<strong>for</strong>mation</strong><br />
General in<strong>for</strong>mation<br />
Numerous <strong>for</strong>ms of studies offered<br />
by the University of Jan Evangelista<br />
Purkyně are governed by the University<br />
Rules and Regulations . According<br />
to these Rules all students have<br />
a possibility of studying any subject<br />
offered by <strong>UJEP</strong> programmes . The<br />
competent department always confirms<br />
its recognition of the student’s<br />
completion of the subject . Foreign<br />
students have to follow requirements<br />
of the faculty/the Institute at<br />
which they study . Foreign students<br />
should be in<strong>for</strong>med well ahead about<br />
the way of recognition of the subjects<br />
studied at our university . The majority<br />
of the courses at our university<br />
are taught in the Czech language .<br />
But also there are some also programmes<br />
subjects taught in English<br />
or other languages (e .g . German or<br />
Russian) . It depends on the field of<br />
study . Any problems that may occur<br />
with study issues at <strong>UJEP</strong> are solved<br />
by secretaries at the Student Affairs<br />
Department of the particular faculty .<br />
