Terms & Conditions of <strong>Admission</strong>:<br />
1. The <strong>Admission</strong> may stand cancelled if it is found that student has submitted false documents, or has<br />
made incorrect submission in interview. No refund will be made in such cases.<br />
2. Any student found indulging in drug abuse, violence or improper behavior or ragging or not adhering<br />
to strict discipline, rules and regulations or involved in anti–national, anti–govt., anti–institute, anti–<br />
social activities shall be rusticated without notice and no refund made in such cases.<br />
3. Activities that have the effect or intention of interfering with education, pursuit of knowledge, or fair<br />
evaluation of a student’s performance are strictly prohibited.<br />
4. Non–Payment of the prescribed fees by the due dates will result in cancellation of registration and<br />
admission. None of the components of the fees once paid are refundable under any circumstances.<br />
Hence, requests for refund of part or full fee or registration amount shall not be entertained.<br />
5. Due and reasonable care has been taken in obtaining the relevant approvals from the concerned<br />
Universities. Govindam Business School and its students are however bound by any change in the<br />
laws/government policy/judicial ruling affecting its University/ autonomous programmes. Govindam<br />
Business School or its promoters or employees shall have no liability in such an event if it has to<br />
discontinue/close/shift its institute/programs due to any of the reasons mentioned above.<br />
6. Student is aware that <strong>MBA</strong>, PGDM, MCA, M.Sc. (Mass Comm. ), BBA, BCA, B.Sc. (Hotel Management)<br />
B.Sc. (Multi Media) B.Sc. (Mass Comm.) Degree from a UGC recognized University in India is being<br />
imparted by distance learning mode. The student is also desirous of additionally studying the<br />
autonomous PGPM or UGPM program of the Institution as a regular, full–time student of his/her own<br />
violition. The autonomous program is not associated / approved by any University/ Institute/Council in<br />
India or Abroad.<br />
7. The student is aware that any ‘foreign tours’ and ‘optional’ courses, other than ‘foreign language’ are<br />
not included in the Fees paid to the Institution at the time of admission. These will be delivered at the<br />
option of the student for suitable additional fees.<br />
8. Every student is required to register in a prescribed form before the commencement of the academic<br />
year. This form also contains the rules, regulations and codes of conduct in the institution. Copies of the<br />
above, collectively referred to as Student Rule Book, and shall be available with the program office<br />
during orientation.<br />
9. The institution reserves the right of merger of the classes or subjects in the academic interest of the<br />
students.<br />
10. Disputes of any kind are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts only irrespective of<br />
whether courts in other areas have concurrent jurisdiction.
