<strong>the</strong> forefoot. Hallux varus with primarily<br />

adductedfirst metatarsaland hallux varus with<br />

congenital marked shortening and broadening <strong>of</strong><br />

<strong>the</strong> first metatarsal.<br />

• 3 rd<br />

rd Type – Associated with developmental<br />

afflictions <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> skeleton. e.g. diastrophic<br />

dwarfism.
