The following items are to be furnished to the receiving high school before the beginning of the next<br />
school year.<br />
A. Middle school permanent record cards.<br />
Labels for all assessments affixed to middle school permanent record card.<br />
B. The following lists of students are required:<br />
1. Promoted students<br />
2. Special education program (e.g., life skills, resource, inclusion)<br />
3. ESL<br />
4. G/T (specify math, language arts, social studies, or science)<br />
5. Placed<br />
6. Retained<br />
7. Foreign language credit (second year students only)<br />
8. Algebra I/Geometry<br />
9. Accelerated list by subject area<br />
10. List of personal graduation plan students<br />
11. STAAR Failures<br />
