3.4.3.3 Adding Loop Driver Cards.<br />

• An additional power cable is incorporated in the ZXSe range of fire panels.<br />
• Connect the spare cable from the PSU wiring loom to either of the two connections shown on the<br />
Loop driver card, then use the supplied cable to ‘daisy chain’ subsequent Loop drivers if required.<br />
No further connection is required for the last Loop driver card and the supplied cable can be<br />
discarded.<br />

• Care must be taken to ensure that the number of signalling loop devices (inputs and outputs)<br />
installed does not exceed the power supply ratings of each individual loop driver board and of the<br />
panel (all loops) in both quiescent and alarm conditions.<br />
