Round like a belly, the womb of rebirth
Round like the planet, our Mother the Earth
Round like the cycles that ebb and that flow
Round us a circle from which we shall grow
Here is a circle, to work and to learn
Here is a place where we help the world turn
As magic is made upon this sacred ground
With our hearts and our will
Shall this circle be bound!

Elements: Adey stands in the center of the
circle. She invokes each Element, calling out
its totem animal, a dancer, who comes in from
outside the circle. She then dances with each
totem and invites others grouped in that Element
to dance too. Then the four Elements
join hands in the center and dance together
for the fifth Element. Adey coordinates. Drum
and whistle accompany this.
Sun God Invocation: given by Oberon, with
refrain spoken by all participants:
Oh Father Sun, source of all Earthly life,
We developed eyes to witness your radiant light,
When we crawled out of the ancient seas
Onto dry land, in search of You.
Your golden light heals us, now and always,

All living things greet You at Your rising,
And call after You as You disappear;
Birds fly to the treetops to sing
