6. Wet finger and anoint the heart chakra (sternum). Say: “Blessed is your heart which loves
with strength and beauty.”
7. Wet finger and anoint the throat. Say: “Blessed is your voice which says what must be heard.”
8. Wet finger and anoint the lips. Say: “Blessed are your lips which speak the words of power.”
9. Wet finger and anoint the third eye (center of forehead, just above the brow line). Say:
“Blessed be your vision which sees the way things are, and the way things may be.”
10. Wet finger and anoint the crown (top of the head). Say: “Blessed be your crown, where
you and all of creation are one.”
11. Step back and say: “Blessed are you, and blessed is your presence on the Earth. Blessed
is your body, your soul, and your spirit. Blessed is the world that you create, and
blessed your path in that world.”
VI. As each stands in front of the mirror, all participants offer compliments and worship
to the God/dess in the mirror.
VII. After each has had his/her turn, priest/ess says:
This magick is your magick. Steward it as you will. Use it wisely and playfully, with joy
for all. When you are ready to let this magick find grounding, do so. But remember that we
are always in sacred space. It is our attention that wanders. All space is sacred space, and
every moment a sacred opportunity to experience our connection with the Divine.
Empress Blessing Spell

This blessing spell calls on the Lady to help your goals bloom to their fullest. Place a 7-day
candle on your altar in the color of whatever you wish to manifest: green for money, pink for
love, blue for inner peace, brown for security in the home, yellow for joy, etc. In front of the
candle, place the Empress tarot card, or else a Queen of Hearts from a regular deck of cards.
Sprinkle a combination of meadowsweet, clover, and rose petals around the arrangement. On a
slip of paper write the following incantation and place it under the candle. Light the candle and
repeat the incantation for at least three rounds each day for seven days leading up to the full moon.
The Universe is blessing me
Abundantly
Every day in every way
With good toward all and harm to none
So mote it be!
Chant this invocation three times each day for the duration of the candle. On the day of the
full moon, gather the herbs and strew them outside your front door. When the candle burns
out, recycle the glass jar and keep the Empress card someplace where you will pass her each
day until you receive what you asked for. Then, either return her to your deck permanently,
or save her for your summer altar. Recycle any supplies or items that you can, and keep the
incantation in your wallet or purse until that which you desire has appeared.
