8 Gerlofke Smit: Erfgoed
9 Henk Harreman: Ruimtegedicht
Section: Sculpture route ----------- Deel: Beeldenroute
ziet.
Heritage
The tremendous heritage of the area and its users,
the many plots, fences, vegetable gardens and
agriculture, the openness and closedness, reminds
me to..
Spatial poem
The direction of viewing in these poems is a
performance with words and landscape. You can
walk without seeing the landscape: you are trapped
in it and focused on your own 'words' and thoughts.
Sometimes the landscape forces you to look: the
nature amazes you, for a moment you don't have to
think about your own words, but you can be united
with that what surrounds you.
"In the narrow space between all this letters, you can see the landscape, unwritten."
"In the narrow space of all this letters, you can write the landscape, unseen."
