De Smartcube is een composiet interieur unit, die een keuken, natte cel en slaapplek in één meubel integreert. De
unit is volledig geprefabriceerd en bestaat uit vijf delen, die allen door een standaard deur passen. De onderdelen
kunnen ter plaatse razendsnel samengesteld en aangesloten worden op alle voorzieningen. Het leidingwerk en de
techniek van een kamer zijn hierdoor geconcentreerd in één vrijstaand element. Smartcube is ontwikkeld om op zeer
efficiënte wijze een zelfstandige wooneenheid te creëren in bestaande ruimtes. Smartcube is dus uitermate geschikt
bij renovatie- of herbestemmingsprojecten specifiek voor studentenhuisvesting, lofts, recreatiewoningen en hotels.
Tegen zeer concurrerende prijzen ten opzichte van traditionele inbouw realiseert u met Smartcube in een handomdraai
een zelfstandige woning. De Smartcube heeft een hoog afwerkingniveau, een luxe en hippe uitstraling, is oerdegelijk en
onderhoudsarm. De kleurstelling van de box kan zelf bepaald worden en ook de materialen van het keukentje zijn aan
te passen aan persoonlijke smaak en stijl. De Smartcube kan zeer eenvoudig gedemonteerd en verplaatst worden naar
een nieuwe locatie waardoor uw flexibiliteit maximaal is.
Smartcube is a composite interior unit, which integrates a kitchen, wet room and bed space in one piece of furniture.
The unit is completely prefabricated, and is built up from five sections, which will all fit through a standard door. The
parts can be assembled and installed to the utility services on site very easily. All piping, wiring and other technical
parts of a room can be concentrated into the free standing pod. Smartcube is developed to create independent living
spaces in existing buildings. Smartcube is therefore extremely suitable for renovation and re-allocation projects
especially targeted for student housing, lofts, recreational housing and hotels. At very competitive price levels
compared to traditional fitted interiors, an independent accommodation can be realized. Smartcube has very high
finishing standards, a luxurious and contemporary design, it’s extremely durable and super easy to clean. Colours
of the unit can be chosen to meet your wishes and materials of the kitchenette can be adapted to your personal taste.
Smartcube can be disassembled and transferred to new locations very easily. Flexibility is therefore maximized.
