• Herhaal de procedure voor de aandrijfassen. Bij het monteren van het tweede tandwiel, let er dan op dat de markeringen op de tandwielen juist geplaatst worden (zie afbeelding). • Controleren of er geen beweging in de as zit, in welke richting dan ook. • De borgplaten van de tandwielmoeren ombuigen. LET OP De lipseals mogen bij de montage niet vervormt of beschadigt raken. • De voorste lipseals (26) zo in het lagerhuis (2) drukken dat deze gelijk zitten met het aandrijfhuis. • Het aandrijfdeksel (23) monteren, inclusief – een nieuwe afdichting (22), – nieuwe oliedichtingen en – schroefdichtingen (46) voor de dekselschroeven Markeringen op tandwielen Gear timing marks • Repeat procedure for the drive shafts. When fitting the second gear, align according to gear timing marks, (see illustration). • Check that ther is no perceptible movement of either shaft in any direction. • Finally bend over the tab washer to lock the gear nuts. CAUTION Tanke care not to damage or curl the lip seals or displace the gaiter spring on the shaft. • The front oil seals (26) should be pressed in square, until they are flush with the front seal face of the bearing housing (2). • Assemble the gear cover (23, using – a new gasket (22), – new oil seals and – and gear cover screw seals (46) 44 2008-12 · Lobbenpomp VPSH/VPSU / Rotary Lobe Pump VPSH/VPSU
✗Zich er van verzekeren dat de ontluchtingsschroef zich weer op het hoogste punt van het aandrijfhuis bevind. Het oliekijkglas laat de oliestand zien als het aandrijfhuis voor 2/3 gevuld is en de oliedrainschroef bevindt zich op het laagste punt. • Afdichtingshuis monteren (indien verwijderd). • Rotorhuis afdichtingen monteren (zie sectie „Rotorhuis“). • Rotoren (119) monteren (zie sectie „Rotoren“). • Afsluitplaat (73) monteren (zie sectie „Afsluitplaat“). • Rotortoleranties controleren (zie sectie „Rotortoleranties”) • De aandrijving met olie vullen (zie sectie „Smering“). 2008-12 · Lobbenpomp VPSH/VPSU / Rotary Lobe Pump VPSH/VPSU ✗Ensure that vent plug of the gear box is at the highest point. The sight glass shows the oil level when the gear box is filled to 2/3 and the oil drain outlet is at the lowest point. • REfit seal housing, (if removed). • Mount rotor case gaskets (see section „rotor case“). • Mount rotors (119) (see section „rotors“). • Mount end cover (73) (see section „End cover“). • Check rotor clearances (see section „rotor clearances ) • Fill gear box with oil (see section „lubrication“). 45
