• Herhaal de procedure voor de aandrijfassen.
Bij het monteren van het tweede tandwiel, let er dan
op dat de markeringen op de tandwielen juist
geplaatst worden (zie afbeelding).
• Controleren of er geen beweging in de as zit, in welke
richting dan ook.
• De borgplaten van de tandwielmoeren ombuigen.
LET OP
De lipseals mogen bij de montage niet vervormt of
beschadigt raken.
• De voorste lipseals (26) zo in het lagerhuis (2) drukken
dat deze gelijk zitten met het aandrijfhuis.
• Het aandrijfdeksel (23) monteren, inclusief
– een nieuwe afdichting (22),
– nieuwe oliedichtingen en
– schroefdichtingen (46) voor de dekselschroeven

Gear timing marks
• Repeat procedure for the drive shafts.
When fitting the second gear, align according to gear
timing marks, (see illustration).
• Check that ther is no perceptible movement of either
shaft in any direction.
• Finally bend over the tab washer to lock the gear nuts.
CAUTION
Tanke care not to damage or curl the lip seals or displace
the gaiter spring on the shaft.
• The front oil seals (26) should be pressed in square,
until they are flush with the front seal face of the bearing
housing (2).
• Assemble the gear cover (23, using
– a new gasket (22),
– new oil seals and
– and gear cover screw seals (46)
