Dubbelwerkende mechanical
seal met spoeling
Bij de dubbelwerkende afdichting
(zie afbeelding)
vormt de spoelvloeistof
(A) een afsperring met
hoge druk tussen de produktzijde
(B) en de atmosfeer
(C).
Installatie
– Gebruik als spoelvloeistof
een vloeistof welke
afgestemd is op het produkt
en welke niet
gevaarlijk of schurend
is.
– Druk van de spoelvloeistof
1 bar boven de
pompdruk
– Debiet per afdichting
ca. 0,2 tot 0,3 l/min
– Toevoer van de spoelvloeistof
op het laagste
punt van de spoelkamer,
afvoer op het
hoogste punt om luchtbellen
te voorkomen
– Spoelleidingen volgens
afbeelding monteren.

the product side (B) and
the atmosphere (C), see
illustration.
Installation
– Use a flush liquid which
is compatible with the
pumped product and
non-abrasive or nonhazardous.
– Pressure of the flush
liquid 1 bar above
pump pressure
– Flow rate per seal:
approx. 0,2 to 0,3 l/min
– The flush liquid inlet to
be at the lowest point of
the flush chamber, outlet
at the highest point
to vent air bubbles.
– Flush pipes to be installed
as shown in the illustration.
