The purposed of this visual identity system is to unify the<br />
“look” of all our offices regardless of the name and services<br />
which they operate. At the same time, is flexible enough to<br />
accommodate a variety of administration and operation<br />
needs. Key to projecting this new look and establishing a<br />
close link between the company, offices and our customers<br />
are the corporate signature, stationery, signage and support-<br />
ing elements such as color and typography.<br />
Our new brand/logo provides all the tools necessary to<br />
establish a strong, immediately recognizable visual image for<br />
<strong>iSHOP</strong>. It is the ultimate responsibility of every business head<br />
and our Brand Administration Team (BAT) to ensure these<br />
standard guidelines are followed. We urge all of you to<br />
adhere closely to the <strong>Visual</strong> <strong>Identity</strong> System. Through proper<br />
implementation and maintenance, we will present a unified<br />
image national and international - one that will clearly<br />
distinguish us from our competitors.<br />
This manual takes the form of an Adobe Acrobat PDF file<br />
for viewing on Windows PC or Macintosh platforms. The<br />
file can be printed on standard A-4 paper (actual book size<br />
21cm x 21cm), preferably with a color printer.<br />

VISUAL IDENTITY POLICY<br />
This manual provides specific guidelines and standards for<br />
the new visual identity system in all forms of <strong>iSHOP</strong><br />
communication. Adherence to these guidelines is vital to<br />
ensure that the of <strong>iSHOP</strong> is represented in a uniform and<br />
consistent fashion.<br />
To maximize the benefits of the new visual identity, it must be<br />
used in a consistent fashion over time. It is the of <strong>iSHOP</strong>’s<br />
policy that the logo, type fonts, and endorsement item<br />
described in this manual are the only authorized logo to be<br />
used in all of <strong>iSHOP</strong> communications. Within the framework<br />
of the new system there is flexibility to accommodate the<br />
needs of units throughout the of <strong>iSHOP</strong> operation.<br />
The <strong>iSHOP</strong> Brand Administration Team (BAT), a unit in <strong>iSHOP</strong><br />
Communications, is responsible for the new system and for<br />
ensuring that the visual identity of the <strong>iSHOP</strong> is preserved and<br />
enhanced through effective, well-designed communications.<br />
It manages and monitors the use of the system and makes<br />
system graphics available to the <strong>iSHOP</strong> community and other<br />
authorized parties. If you have questions concerning the<br />
system or need to obtain graphic signatures, send your query<br />
to the <strong>iSHOP</strong> Brand Administration Team (BAT).<br />
Use of <strong>iSHOP</strong> logo on Commercial Goods<br />
The <strong>iSHOP</strong> name and logo are registered marks owned by the<br />
<strong>iSHOP</strong>. These marks may not be used in any medium, other<br />
than approved <strong>iSHOP</strong> programs, without the approval<br />
of the <strong>iSHOP</strong> management, or his or her designees. The use<br />
of our <strong>iSHOP</strong> logo in conjunction with that of an outside<br />
vendor or firm must be reviewed by the <strong>iSHOP</strong> management.<br />
Vender wishing to use the <strong>iSHOP</strong> logo on commercial goods<br />
(i.e., T-shirts, bumper stickers, bag, etc.) also must secure<br />
such approval.<br />
All requests for use of these logo must be submitted to the<br />
appropriate party listed above. All manufacturers who<br />
produce goods bearing any of the <strong>iSHOP</strong> logo/ trademarks<br />
must either be licensed or have received special permission to<br />
produce such products without a formal license agreement.<br />
Any questions regarding the use of the <strong>iSHOP</strong> name, or logo<br />
should be referred to the <strong>iSHOP</strong> management or <strong>iSHOP</strong><br />
Brand Administration Team (BAT).<br />

PRIMARY LOGO<br />
The primary <strong>iSHOP</strong> logo is the most basic and commonly used<br />
element of the <strong>iSHOP</strong> identity. The signature is made up of<br />
three components: The hand written type of <strong>iSHOP</strong>, the<br />
black-color tag and yellow rectangle background. Careful<br />
consideration should be given to the logo’s suitabilityfor each<br />
intended use.<br />
INFORMAL LOGO<br />
The informal signature is for use on casual applications, such<br />
as name tag, product ID, merchandise... The informal logo<br />
may not be modified in any way.<br />
When reproducing the logo, alway use the authorized<br />
artwork provides and resize proportionality.<br />

ACCEPTABLE LOGOS<br />
The “ <strong>iSHOP</strong> Vertical Logo“ is the official <strong>iSHOP</strong> logo and is<br />
recommended over all others.<br />
Depending upon the design layout, the following logos are<br />
also acceptable; the “Informal Logo”, the “Rotate Left Logo”<br />
and the “Rotate Right Logo”.<br />
Noted: Do not attempted changes the approved logo colors,<br />
distorted in any way and add any elements to the logo.<br />

SECONDARY COLOR PALETTE<br />
This secondary color palette is provided as an aid to designing print and Web communications that reflect the <strong>iSHOP</strong> brand in<br />
tone and style through consistent use of color. Although the <strong>iSHOP</strong> identity colors are <strong>iSHOP</strong> Yellow (Y-100 R-15) and <strong>iSHOP</strong><br />
Black (K-100), designing effective marketing communications benefits from a more flexible and sophisticated use of color<br />
harmony and contrast.<br />
The 8-color palette configuration below further simplifies color choices by selecting a 2-color combination. Experienced designers<br />
may extend this palette further with the application of good judgment and skill.<br />
