Met de presentatie van de rivierradar JMA609 introduceert
Alphatron Marine de opvolger van de zeer succesvolle
JMA 608(T) waarvan er sinds de introductie in 1999 ruim
900 zijn geplaatst. De JMA 609 beschikt dan ook over veel
van de eigenschappen van de JMA 608. Tevens zorgen
een nieuwe gepatenteerde JRC vinding op het gebied van
beeldverwerking genaamd “Constaview” en de verbetering
van zender/ontvanger alsmede TFT technieken voor
nieuwe mogelijkheden en een tot dusverre ongekende
beeldkwaliteit. Hoewel het TFT beeldscherm groter is
dan voorheen zijn de afmetingen van de beeldkast juist
kleiner.
With the introduction of the new river radar JMA 609 a
brand new product is presented to the inland shipping sector.
Although the JMA 609 is based upon the very successful
JMA 608 river radar, of which more than 900 units are
in service, the JMA 609 is not simply a modified version of
its predecessor. Incorporating the latest JRC development
called “Constaview” , the latest available transceiver as
well as TFT techniques, the JMA 609 is capable of presenting
a picture quality, unequaled in the past. Despite the
TFT display being larger than on the JMA 608, the external
dimensions of the display unit itself have actually been
reduced.

VERSATILE AND SIMPLE
Primeur: de JMA 609 kan naast het radarbeeld desgewenst andere
informatie op het beeldscherm tonen waardoor het scherm een
multifunctionele informatiebron wordt. Voor gebruikers die alleen
radarinformatie wensen zijn vrijwel alle extra functies uit te
schakelen.
The JMA 609 can be converted into a multifunctional display system
with almost unlimited possibilities. However, for the operator
only interested in using the basic radar functions, the extra functions
can be switched on and off.

MULTICOLOUR DESIGN
Het ontwerp van de JMA 609 past naadloos binnen het MultiColourLine
concept. Door te combineren met de andere instrumenten
ontstaat er een harmonieus geheel.
The new JMA 609 is designed to seamlessly fit into the MultiColour
design concept in case a combination with other instruments
within the MultiColourLine is realized.
GLASPROTECTIE
GLASPROTECTION
De beeldkast is voorzien van een antireflecterende glasplaat waarmee
het TFT scherm wordt beschermt tegen breuk. De antireflectielaag
voorkomt hinderlijke spiegelingen in het beeld.
The display unit is fitted with an antireflection glass plate to
protect the TFT unit from damaging. It also serves an antireflection
purpose.
BEELDSCHERM
DISPLAY UNIT
Het beeldscherm heeft een strak en modern ontwerp meegekregen
en is uitermate geschikt voor inbouw, waarbij een vrijwel vlak
geheel kan worden gerealiseerd. Door middel van een optioneel
leverbare opbouwbeugel is montage van het beeldscherm onder
vrijwel iedere denkbare hoek mogelijk.
The display unit’s state of the art design also makes it very suitable
for console mounting, as the front plate is nearly flush. An optional
adjustable bulkhead mounting bracket is available for the installation
of the display unit in almost every tilting angle
BEDIENPANEEL
CONTROL PANEL
Alle benodigde functies onder handbereik en toch zeer handzaam
van formaat. Het bedienpaneel is eenvoudig in te bouwen en
voorzien van een ingebouwde “rollerball” voor het bedienen van
de menu functies.
All necessary control buttons for the radar within a hand’s reach
due to the handy design. A build in roller ball is available to operate
the various menu functions.
