water should be diverted in to the Bore well or open
well. Install a hand pump over it. The rain
precipitated over the fields shall be filtered and
diverted in to the open dug well, will improve the
water table in the vicinity of the well.
Conclusion
The area getting heavy rains have water
scarcity in summer days; the reason behind is that
efforts are not taken to make the water to percolate
in to the ground. “catchment’s area development”
is necessary for solving the water problems.
Generally pumping of ground water is more than
the naturally percolated water in to the ground. As
the money is deposited first in to the bank and then
utilized, in the same way Allow pumping of that
much amount of water, which is replenished in the
preceding rainy season. This attitude will solve the
water scarcity problems.

There may not be have suitable geology to
store underground water at all places. In such places
store the rainwater in surface storage structures like
field tanks, village tanks, storage tanks, weirs etc.
Otherwise, every year, water scarcity problem gets
severe and severe. By construction of very simple
structure the rainwater can make to percolate in to
the ground.
