II-III years include speciality studies. Curriculum <strong>of</strong> all three specialities is constructed in cycles, enabling<br />

BA programme will end with compilation <strong>of</strong> portfolio and defending <strong>of</strong> thesis.<br />

SCULPTURE BA<br />
ARGUMENT OF THE SPECIALITY<br />
Objective:<br />
Objective <strong>of</strong> the department is to enable academic higher education in the speciality <strong>of</strong> sculpture basing on<br />
integrated study, creative and scientific activities, complying with the standard <strong>of</strong> higher education.<br />
Pr<strong>of</strong>ile:<br />
Due to current cultural policy, relative lack <strong>of</strong> orders and small number <strong>of</strong> sculptors the department<br />
prepares sculptors with wide pr<strong>of</strong>ile.<br />
Graduates can participate successfully in exhibitions, ordered work, in small plastics as well as<br />
monumental art and various fields <strong>of</strong> environmental art.<br />
Levels:<br />
Graduate <strong>of</strong> B.A. programme will gain academic higher education in sculpture, which will enable to act as<br />
pr<strong>of</strong>essional creative artist or master almost in all fields <strong>of</strong> sculpture.<br />
