II year I semester<br />
Objective: Studying <strong>of</strong> human being as art object.<br />
Content:<br />
The most important detail - head. Beside form, the course also deals with expression-character. Portrait, not<br />
only depiction <strong>of</strong> specific person, but assignment <strong>of</strong> wider art meaning. Portrait as independent art object,<br />
symbol.<br />
Method:<br />
Work with models under individual instruction. Independent work with task and final analysis.<br />
Figure painting course<br />
3CP / 4.5 ECTS<br />
II year I semester.<br />
Objective: To broaden depiction skills <strong>of</strong> human being, attention on meaning <strong>of</strong> costume and pose. Parade<br />
portrait as possible depiction form in modern art.<br />
Content: Work with model, who is not just object <strong>of</strong> imitation, but student must have attitude towards<br />
him/her, giving to his/her work clear art value<br />
Method: Use <strong>of</strong> model. Student will set final task, providing works with content and meaning. Teacher will<br />
consult, analyse and inspire student at search <strong>of</strong> new solutions.<br />
