Study practice II course II semester. 3 CP / 4.5 ECTS Study practice of II year is related to print-graphics and takes place in a design company or editorial office. Result will be graded by department commission. Workshops II and III course II semester 2 CP / 3 ECTS Intensive courses treat additional fields or techniques not included in the obligatory courses. Workshops enable to invite teachers outside the academy and from abroad. Teacher will assess the results. Portfolio III course II semester 3 CP / 4.5 ECTS Portfolio will end B.A.speciality studies in the department. Student will start to collect and record material for portfolio already in first B.A. year. However, final composition of portfolio is started in winter workshop week in 3 rd year with selection, scanning and saving creative material into computers of the department and CDs. At the end of semester presentation CD-ROM will be made of collected and added works with computer programmes Microsoft PowerPoint or Macromedia Director. Finally the paperportfolio will also be composed, which includes personal data, list of expositions and performances, reproductions or photos of works and CD-ROM content illustrated with small frames. Together with portfolio also a set (up to 6 works) of original graphics will be submitted to the commission for assessment. Assessment by academy commission. Content: The most important detail - head. Beside form, the course also deals with expression-character. Portrait, not only depiction of specific person, but assignment of wider art meaning. Portrait as independent art object, symbol. Method: Work with models under individual instruction. Independent work with task and final analysis. Figure painting course 3CP / 4.5 ECTS II year I semester. Objective: To broaden depiction skills of human being, attention on meaning of costume and pose. Parade portrait as possible depiction form in modern art. Content: Work with model, who is not just object of imitation, but student must have attitude towards him/her, giving to his/her work clear art value Method: Use of model.
