The total number of wind players in
the band
will determine classification:
Bronze Division– 50 winds & fewer
Silver Division– 51 to 70 winds
Gold Division– 71 winds & above
Adjudication:
We are pleased to continue our affiliation with the
Florida Marching Band Coalition! Those bands attending
our festival will be able to qualify for the
FMBC State Competition under the FMBC rules for
qualification. This affiliation, however, will not affect
the independent operation and philosophy of our
festival. We feel that our affiliation with the FMBC
will allow us to better serve our participating bands,
continuing our tradition of quality educational experiences
for all bands regardless of size or style of
show.
Awards:
Trophies will be given for:
Superiors with distinction in all captions
Best in Class in each area.
Each band will also receive a participation plaque.
