Biografi
Ernst Fischer växte upp i München, där han studerade kemi,
sociologi och dockteater, och under två års tid var medlem i
Freies Theater München. 1979 flyttade Ernst till London för
att studera teater och performance och fick diplom från Ivor
Spenser International School For Butler Administrators (2001).
Mellan 1986–1997 producerade Ernst tretton performance i sin
hyreslägenhet i Brixton i södra London, som därav gick under
namnet Brixton heART Room. Han skrev sin doktorsavhandling,
“The Queer Space of Living-Room Theatre and Domestic
Performance”, vid Roehampton University (2004), där han
för närvarande är anställd som kreativ forskningsassistent.
Ernst har assisterat artister som Franko B., Kira O’Reilly och
Katherine Araniello i deras performance, ibland leder han Exiled
Writer’s Ink’s turneringsprojekt, och nyligen utvecklade han
workshops/performance med docktillverkning ämnat för olika
samhällsgrupper.

Biography
Ernst Fischer was born and brought up in Munich, Germany,
where he studied chemistry, sociology and puppetry and for two
years was a member of Freies Theater München. After relocating
to London in 1979, he studied theatre and performing arts and
obtained a diploma from the Ivor Spenser International School
For Butler Administrators (2001). Between 1986 and 1997 Ernst
produced some thirteen performances in his rented flat in
Brixton, South London, which, on these occasions, was known as
Brixton heART Room. He wrote his PhD thesis on “The Queer
Space of Living-Room Theatre and Domestic Performance” at
Roehampton University (2004), where he is currently employed
as Creative Research Fellow. Ernst has assisted/partnered artists
like Franko B., Kira O’Reilly and Katherine Araniello in their
performances, occasionally directs touring productions for Exiled
Writers Ink and, most recently, designed a series of doll-making
workshops/performances for various community groups.
Holly Payton
Biografi
Holly Payton är VD och grundare av World Festival Network.
Holly har arbetat inom festivalbranschen sedan 2001, gjorde
om Brighton Festival Umbrella och grundade Brighton Fringe
som hon därefter förvaltade under sju års tid. Hon har arbetat
som festivaldirektör i ledningsgruppen för Edinburgh Fringe
Society och även för andra brittiska internationella festivaler.
Hon grundade World Festival Network 2007 och kommer att
lansera World Fringe i augusti 2012. Holly reser världen runt
och träffar festivaldirektörer och stödjer nya Fringefestivaler
i Storbritannien, USA och Europa. Samtidigt som hon arbetar
med nätverksevenemang, arrangerar kurser och undervisar på
Fringefestivaler, så sitter hon med i styrelsen för BAFA (British
Arts Festival Association), Oxford, Hollywood, Chicago och
O’ahu Fringes och är medlem i IFEA, BAFA, och har god kontakt
med ACE, CAFF & USAFF.

Biography
Holly Payton is the Managing Director and Founder of World
Festival Network. Holly has worked in the festival business since
2001, rebranding the Brighton Festival Umbrella and founding
the Brighton Fringe, which she then managed for 7 years. She
has worked as a Festival Venue Director and in the Senior
Management Team of Edinburgh Fringe Society as well as for
many UK international festivals. Founding the World Festival
Network in 2007 and launching World Fringe this August, Holly
travels the world meeting festival managers and giving support
to new Fringe Festivals in the UK, USA and Europe. As well as
running networking events, courses and lecturing on Fringe
Festivals she is on the executive board of BAFA (British Arts
Festival Association), Steering & advisory committee of Oxford,
Hollywood, Chicago and O’ahu Fringes and a member of IFEA,
BAFA and has strong links with ACE, CAFF & USAFF.

Ingegärd Waaranperä

Biografi
Ingegärd är teaterkritiker och arbetar på Dagens Nyheters
kulturredaktion. Har skrivit om teater sedan 1983. Fil.kand. i
litteraturvetenskap. Viss praktisk teaterbakgrund på Lilla Teatern
i Lund samt som regiassistent på Dramaten och Stockholms
Stadsteater i början av 1980-talet, då hon också regisserade ett par
föreställningar. Flitig gäst på bland annat Avignon-festivalen där
performancekonsten blir större för varje år.

Biography
Ingegärd works as a theater critic for the department of culture
at Dagens Nyheter (leading Swedish newspaper). She has been
writing about theatre since 1983 and holds a Bachelor of Arts
in literature. Ingegärd’s vast experience comprises practical
theatre work at Lilla Teatern in Lund, Dramaten and Stockholms
Stadsteater. She is a regular visitor to the Avignon Festival where
performance art is growing bigger and bigger every year.

Iwona Preis
Biografi
Iwona är projektledare för Intercults Europeiska Resurscentrum
för Kultur. Med över 20 års erfarenhet som projektledare, har
hon arbetat med markandskommunikation, och produktion
av utställningar, konferenser och event. Iwona har drivit
såväl regionala som transnationella projekt samt jobbat
med uppbyggnad av partnerskap mellan myndigheter
och organisationer på båda sidorna av Östersjön.
Iwona har erfarenhet av att driva EU-projekt från idé till
ansökan och genomförande inom kultur, arbetsmarknad,
kompetensutveckling, integration och jämställdhet.

Biography
Iwona is the project manager of Intercult European Resource
Centre for Culture. With over 20 years experience as a project
manager she has worked with marketing communication
and production of exhibitions, conferences and events.
Iwona has managed both regional and transnational projects
and worked on building partnerships between government
agencies and organizations on both sides of the Baltic Sea.
Iwona is experienced in running EU projects from concept to
application and implementation of cultural, social, professional
development, integration and equality.
