<strong>THE</strong> CEREMONIES <strong>OF</strong> HIGH <strong>MASS</strong>.<br />

HIGH Mass, with the full number of ministers and all<br />

the solemnity prescribed by the Church,<br />

is called in<br />

her language Solemn Mass. Music is of obligation at<br />

called Missa Cantata.<br />

The ministers who assist the celebrant at High<br />

Mass are the deacon and subdeacon. They are the<br />

singing the Gospel, of preaching, and of administering<br />
