Database Management System (RDBMS) My<strong>SQL</strong> created by Devart.<br />

dbForge Studio for My<strong>SQL</strong> has three editions: Express, Standard, and Pr<strong>of</strong>essional.<br />
Express is a free s<strong>of</strong>tware, which provides basic functionality for working with schema objects, user accounts, and<br />
<strong>SQL</strong> scripts.<br />
Standard includes all must-have tools for database developers, such as a debugger, a <strong>Query</strong> Builder, code templates,<br />
object search, various export and maintenance wizards.<br />
Pr<strong>of</strong>essional is a fully-featured s<strong>of</strong>tware for pr<strong>of</strong>essional work with database projects, comparing schema and<br />
project data, debugging stored procedures and scripts, creating complex queries, and etc.<br />
History<br />
The first version was released on 12 April 2005 under the name "MyDeveloper Studio".<br />
Through 3 years <strong>of</strong> development the product has raised up to the version 3.0 (released on 01-August-2008), and got a<br />
new name - "dbForge Studio for My<strong>SQL</strong>" as well as a lot <strong>of</strong> new features and improvements [2] .<br />
Functionality<br />
dbForge Studio for My<strong>SQL</strong> has got both standard features <strong>of</strong> most database tools and unique functionality.<br />
Main features <strong>of</strong> dbForge Studio for My<strong>SQL</strong>, v4.50 include:<br />
• <strong>Query</strong> Pr<strong>of</strong>iler - a new tool for database developers that shows results <strong>of</strong> internal My<strong>SQL</strong> tools like SHOW<br />
PROFILE and EXPLAIN as well as STATUS variables changes due to query execution in a convenient and clear<br />
GUI.
