Katerina Bezrukova is Assistant Pr<strong>of</strong>essor <strong>of</strong> <strong>Psychology</strong> at Rutgers University.<br />

Her current research interests include workplace diversity <strong>and</strong><br />

group faultlines, organizational <strong>conflict</strong> <strong>and</strong> performance, intergroup <strong>and</strong><br />

interorganizational relations, ethnopolitical <strong>conflict</strong> <strong>and</strong> peacekeeping,<br />

<strong>and</strong> diversity training. Her work has appeared in the Journal <strong>of</strong> Organizational<br />

Behavior, Human Resource Management Journal, <strong>and</strong> Best Paper Proceedings<br />

<strong>of</strong> the Academy <strong>of</strong> Management. She was a co-recipient <strong>of</strong> the Ulrich<br />

& Lake Award for Excellence for 2004 for her co-authored article titled<br />

“<strong>The</strong> Effects <strong>of</strong> Diversity on Business Performance: Report <strong>of</strong> the Diversity<br />

Research Network.”<br />

Wendy R. Boswell is Associate Pr<strong>of</strong>essor <strong>and</strong> Mays Research Fellow in<br />

the Department <strong>of</strong> Management, Mays Business School, Texas A&M University.<br />

She is also the Director <strong>of</strong> the Center for Human Resource Management<br />

at Texas A&M. Her research focuses on employee attraction <strong>and</strong><br />

retention, job search behavior, <strong>conflict</strong> management, <strong>and</strong> work stress. Pr<strong>of</strong>essor<br />

Boswell’s work has appeared in such journals as Academy <strong>of</strong> Management<br />

Journal, Journal <strong>of</strong> Applied <strong>Psychology</strong>, Personnel <strong>Psychology</strong>, Human<br />

Resource Management, Journal <strong>of</strong> Vocational Behavior, <strong>and</strong> Journal <strong>of</strong> Management.<br />

She serves on the editorial boards <strong>of</strong> Personnel <strong>Psychology</strong> <strong>and</strong> Journal<br />

<strong>of</strong> Managerial Issues, <strong>and</strong> serves as an Associate Editor for Human Resource<br />

Management.<br />

Arthur P. Brief is the David S. Eccles Chair in Business Ethics <strong>and</strong> Presidential<br />

Pr<strong>of</strong>essor at the University <strong>of</strong> Utah. His research focuses on the<br />

moral dimensions <strong>of</strong> organizational life (e.g., ethical decision making,<br />

race relations, <strong>and</strong> worker well-being). In addition to dozens <strong>of</strong> journal<br />

articles, Dr. Brief is the author <strong>of</strong> several books including Attitudes In <strong>and</strong><br />

Around Organizations (1998). He is a past editor <strong>of</strong> <strong>The</strong> Academy <strong>of</strong> Management<br />

Review. He now co-edits Research in Organizational Behavior <strong>and</strong> the<br />

new Academy <strong>of</strong> Management Annals. He is a Fellow <strong>of</strong> the Academy <strong>of</strong><br />

Management, American Psychological Society, <strong>and</strong> the American Psychological<br />

Association. He has been a Fulbright Fellow, a Batten Fellow at the<br />

Darden Graduate School <strong>of</strong> Business at the University <strong>of</strong> Virginia, <strong>and</strong> the<br />

Thomas S. Murphy Distinguished Pr<strong>of</strong>essor <strong>of</strong> Research at the Harvard<br />

Business School.<br />

Valentina Bruk-Lee is an Industrial/Organizational <strong>Psychology</strong> consultant.<br />

Her research focus is on the impact <strong>of</strong> interpersonal <strong>conflict</strong>
