Conventional heat detectors <strong>6295</strong>, <strong>6296</strong>, <strong>6297</strong> and 6298<br />
Installation instructions<br />
The detector housing of <strong>6295</strong>, <strong>6296</strong>, <strong>6297</strong> and<br />
6298 is waterproof and the three cable inlets<br />
are equipped with <strong>com</strong>pression glands.<br />
To get the housing waterproof use the seals<br />
supplied with the detector. The three rubber<br />
tubes are needed for cables with diameter of<br />
6mm or less.<br />
Mechanical installation<br />
Detector is installed on even surface. Please,<br />
do not use extreme forces to tighten the<br />
screws of the base.<br />
The base has two Ø5mm mounting holes their<br />
centres being 108mm from each other.<br />
Note!<br />
• It is re<strong>com</strong>mended not to cover or<br />
paint these detectors.<br />
• Function of detector must be tested at<br />
regular intervals.<br />
