5. The freewheel, B.B.parts and chain shall be washed and oiled once after a 300-kilometers-riding.
The dedicated lubricant for bicycle, lubricating and clearing agent, and sewing-machine oil are all
applicable for that purpose.
6. The block chain may be loose after a period of riding and following method can be used to fix that
question:
Loosen and adjust the screw nuts of rear hub until a suitable tightness is reached, and pay
attention to the parallel between the rear tire and bodywork at the same time, then tight the screw
nuts on both sides. Inverse operations will be applicable when dealing with a comparatively tight
block chain. A 10-15mm sagging will fit for the suitable tightness of the block chain.
7. Adjustments of the brake: Loosen the screws on the retaining bracket of brake wire; tight or loose
the brake wire until an average distance, which is 1.5mm-2mm, between the brake block on both
sides and rim; and then tight the screws. When changing, the distance between the front brake
shoe and rim should be no more than 3mm, and a suitable brake shoe distance should be
maintained when considering rear brake, thus the flexibility and reliability of the brake could be
ensured.

▼ If you don’t use the eldctric bicycle often, please charge the battery once a month, in order to
extend the service life of battery.
▼ Flushing of the electric bicycle is not allowed in case of soaking the internal electronic
components and cables, and giving rise to potential safety hazards.
