Staffan Janson, my co-author in the first paper, professor in two disciplines,

Ola Wessmark, the former chief doctor at our clinic, who was an intelligent
clinical model for me during our first years together at the clinic. You
made the first moulded Orfit heel cup. Without this prototype there would
have been no scientific work by me on this item.
Dagmara Makowska (Lazowska) and Sofia Papageorgiou, radiologists
at the Central Hospital Karlstad, who did a professional job examining the
radiograph pictures in Paper IV.
