design in Ref. [24] with a Helmholtz resonator formed at the edge pointing away from the source where the<br />

sound pressure amplitude is high. From these results it is observed that the designs for the two frequencies are<br />

very different and the reduction achieved is bigger the higher the frequency is. This tendency is expected,
