Soccer Tots
The objective of Soccer Tots is to develop each child’s basic
physical skills together with emotional and social development,
using the foundation and excitement of football.
The benefits of Soccer Tots are multiple and can help familiarise
children with the concepts of sharing, teamwork, rules and
behaviour. Every session follows a theme that children can relate to,
either through daily play or learning at nursery school.
The emphasis is on fun for the children as they gain an early taste for football,
giving them the absolute thrill of their first goal or save in a game.
Hopefully this thrill will last a lifetime as these children are the future of our national
game either as players (no matter the level), coaches or season ticket holders!
Please Note: Parents or Carers must be in attendance at all times
Soccer Schools
These courses allow every child to play, improve and most
importantly, enjoy their football. With the emphasis on fun,
additional aims of these sessions are to develop skills and
understanding of sharing, teamwork, rules and behaviour.
As the children progress through Soccer Tots to this, the
coaching will gradually challenge and stimulate the players
to not only perform, but also think about why and what they
do during a game. Children will be asked to not just carry
out instructions but also problem solve, to gain a greater
understanding of football.
Every Soccer School session follows a football skill,
technique or tactic, providing a logical progression. Our
coaches identify the needs of every child to ensure ability
and potential as well as enjoyment is maximised.
