LICENSING (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 (AS AMENDED)
The following application has been lodged with Falkirk Council Licensing Board for grant of a new Premises Licence.
Further detailed information in regard to these applications is available for inspection at the Licensing Unit, Municipal Buildings,
West Bridge Street, Falkirk, FK1 5RS between the hours of 9.30 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday.
Any person is eligible to object or make representation. Anyone wishing to do so must, not later than the date stated against each
application, lodged with the Clerk to the Licensing Board, a written notice of their objection/representation. It is the responsibility of
the person making the objection/representation to ensure that the Board has received it by the date stated and it may be helpful to
lodged it in one of the following ways:-
Delivered by hand; or
Posted (by registered post or recorded delivery or special delivery post) so that in the normal course of post it might be
expected to be delivered by the date stated; or
Faxed and an acknowledgement of the fax kept (Fax No. 01324 501588); or
Emailed and an acknowledgement of the email kept (licensing@falkirk.gov.uk).
It is the responsibility of the person making the objection or representation to ensure that the Licensing Board has received it.
