8. EXPENSES<br />
As mentioned in Note 1(a), the Office of <strong>Fair</strong> <strong>Trading</strong> has applied an Administrative<br />
Assistance Charge for the recovery of expenses that it has incurred on behalf of the <strong>Board</strong>,<br />
ie. associated employee related costs and other operating expenses.<br />
