d. Distribution <strong>of</strong> alcohol to underage person(s).<br />
e. Behavior, while under <strong>the</strong> <strong>in</strong>fluence <strong>of</strong> alcohol, that endangers any person.<br />
f. Disorderly conduct associated with <strong>the</strong> use <strong>of</strong> alcoholic beverages.<br />
2. Illegal drugs and o<strong>the</strong>r substance violations <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g, but not limited to:<br />
a. Use or possession <strong>of</strong> illegal drugs (without valid medical or dental prescription).<br />
b. Behavior, while under <strong>the</strong> <strong>in</strong>fluence <strong>of</strong> illegal drugs, that endangers any person.<br />
c. Manufactur<strong>in</strong>g, furnish<strong>in</strong>g, sell<strong>in</strong>g, or distribut<strong>in</strong>g <strong>of</strong> any narcotic or dangerous<br />
drug controlled by law.<br />
d. Disorderly conduct associated with <strong>the</strong> use <strong>of</strong> illegal drugs.<br />
3. Unjustifiably push<strong>in</strong>g, strik<strong>in</strong>g, or o<strong>the</strong>rwise <strong>in</strong>tentionally caus<strong>in</strong>g reasonable<br />
apprehension <strong>of</strong> such harm to any person.<br />
4. Disorderly conduct <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g, but not limited to:<br />
a. Boisterousness, rowd<strong>in</strong>ess, obscene, or <strong>in</strong>decent conduct or appearance.<br />
b. Obstruction or disruption <strong>of</strong> teach<strong>in</strong>g, research, adm<strong>in</strong>istration, or o<strong>the</strong>r Institute<br />
activities, <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g its public service functions or o<strong>the</strong>r authorized activities.<br />
c. Breach <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> peace.<br />
5. Behavior that endangers any person(s), <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g self.<br />
6. Unauthorized use <strong>of</strong> Institute facilities or premises <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g:<br />
a. Unauthorized entry <strong>in</strong>to any Institute Premises or rema<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g without permission <strong>in</strong><br />
any build<strong>in</strong>g after normal clos<strong>in</strong>g hours.<br />
b. Possess<strong>in</strong>g, us<strong>in</strong>g, mak<strong>in</strong>g, or caus<strong>in</strong>g to be made any key or o<strong>the</strong>r means <strong>of</strong><br />
access to any Institute Premises without proper authorization.<br />
7. Furnish<strong>in</strong>g false <strong>in</strong>formation to any Institute Official.<br />
8. Forgery, alteration, replication, or misuse <strong>of</strong> any document, record, or identification upon<br />
which <strong>the</strong> Institute relies, regardless <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> medium.<br />
9. Any physical or mental haz<strong>in</strong>g action related to membership or connected with rites or<br />
ceremonies <strong>of</strong> <strong>in</strong>duction, <strong>in</strong>itiation, or orientation <strong>in</strong> Institute life or <strong>in</strong>to <strong>the</strong> life <strong>of</strong> any<br />
Group or Organization.<br />
10. Safety violations, <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g, but not limited to:<br />
a. Intentionally <strong>in</strong>itiat<strong>in</strong>g or caus<strong>in</strong>g to be <strong>in</strong>itiated any false report<strong>in</strong>g, warn<strong>in</strong>g or<br />
threat <strong>of</strong> fire, explosion or o<strong>the</strong>r emergency.<br />
b. Tamper<strong>in</strong>g with safety devices or o<strong>the</strong>r emergency, safety, or fire fight<strong>in</strong>g<br />
equipment.<br />
c. Sett<strong>in</strong>g or attempt<strong>in</strong>g to set an unauthorized fire.<br />
d. Unauthorized possession <strong>of</strong> fireworks, firearms, and/or ammunition.<br />
e. Unauthorized possession <strong>of</strong> Weapons and/or dangerous materials or chemicals.<br />
6
