On behalf of the International Ski Federation, the<br />
Finnish Ski Association and Lahti Ski Club (LOC),<br />
we have a pleasure to invite all National Ski Associations<br />
to participate in the FIS Continental Cup<br />
Ski Jumping event for men at Large Hill of Lahti.<br />

FIS Rules will apply. The number of participants must<br />
comply with the World Cup rules and regulations.<br />
Financial conditions are according to the FIS Rules<br />
and regulations. All competitors are to be insured by<br />
their own National Ski Association and must have<br />
signed the Athletes Declaration. The OC in Lahti has<br />
coverage for their own third party liability only.<br />
Race office and Info Center is located at the service<br />
area next to the base of the HS130 hill. All relevant<br />
training and competition related information is available<br />
in Race Office / Info Center. Responsible for<br />
Info Center and waxing facilities is Mr. Jouni Forström.<br />
Info Center / Race Office is open from Friday<br />
14 December till Sunday 16 December.<br />

INFORMATION<br />
Team service facilities are located beneath the HS130<br />
hill in the permanent indoor facilities. These are provided<br />
according to FIS rules. Also the competitor’s lobby is<br />
located beneath the HS130 hill next to service facilities.<br />
Teams captains’ meetings are arranged in the Grand Stand<br />
Building of Lahti Ski Stadium (2nd entrance, 3rd floor)<br />
Team Captain meeting is scheduled for Friday 14 December<br />
at 15:00 hours.<br />
Accommodation for teams and officials is reserved at<br />
Scandic Lahti, (Address Vesijärvenkatu 1, ca. 2 km Lahti<br />
Sports Center). Reservations must be done by 30<br />
November 2012 to suvi.rasanen@lahtitravel.fi with<br />
enclosed accommodation and transportation form.<br />

The Organising Committee will cover the accommodation<br />
expenses according to FIS Rules. For booked room reservations<br />
not used, the OC has the right to demand a cancellation<br />
fee from the National Ski Associations (FIS rules).<br />
Price for additional rooms for teams with full board are:<br />
108 EUR / night (single room), 154 EUR / night (double<br />
room, 77 EUR / person / night)<br />
There will be transportation for teams from Helsinki-<br />
Vantaa airport and back to the airport organised by OC on<br />
Thursday 13 and Friday 14 December and for departure on<br />
Sunday 16 Decemeber and Monday 17 December.<br />
Please, remember to inform your transportation needs<br />
(arrival and departure times) by latest 30 November 2012<br />
with enclosed accommodation and transportation form.<br />
Transport cost from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport to the hotel<br />
in Lahti and return to airport is 50 EUR per person. Shuttle<br />
bus service between hotel and Lahti Sports Center is<br />
provided free of charge.<br />
