13. Departure 1stEuropean Youth Olympic Trials Moscow, Russia Teams will be asked to provide full travel details in the final entry system. Teams will also receive a departure form, which should be completed and returned to the LOC Information Desk in the hotel, at least 24 hours before departure, especially if there are any changes to the preliminary confirmed details. Departure times of the shuttle buses from the hotel will be provided and displayed at the hotel Information Desk. All outstanding fees, charges and possible other expenses must be settled with the cashier. Transportation of vaulting poles to the airports: Teams are requested to take their own poles from the stadium to their hotel on the last competition day (Sunday, 23 May) and the team members should take care of further transportation of poles to the buses leaving for the airport of team’s departure.
