Athletes should report to the First Call Room in the Warm up area before each event as
follows: (in minutes prior to the events)
• Running events (except hurdles) Heats and Finals 35 min
• Hurdles Heats and Finals 40 min
• Long and Triple Jump Qualification 55 min
Final 55 min
• Shot Put Qualification 50 min
Final 50 min
• High Jump Qualification 60 min
Final 60 min
• Pole Vault Qualification 85 min
Final 80 min
• Discus Qualification 35 min
Final 35 min
• Hammer Qualification 35 min
Final 35 min
• Javelin Qualification 60 min

9.3.1 Last Checkpoint
Athletes will be taken by bus from the first call room in the warm up area to the Main Call
Room (last checkpoint). From there, the athletes will be taken to the competition site
following this time schedule (in minutes prior to the events):
• Running events (except hurdles) Heats and Finals 5-10 min
• Hurdles Heats and Finals 10-15min
• Long and Triple Jump Qualification 30 min
Final 30 min
• Shot Put Qualification 25 min
Final 25 min
• High Jump Qualification 35 min
Final 35 min
• Pole Vault Qualification 60 min
Final 55 min
• Discus Qualification 35 min

9.4 Event Presentation format
The athletes will be presented as follows:
Track events: at the starting point of the event in the designated lane or starting position.
Field events: athletes will be presented on the competition site in the starting order.
