Federations requiring IAAF approved implements not listed by the LOC may present such equipment latest by 17:00 on 20 May to the TIC at the main competition venue - Sportgorodok - for inclusion in the competition pool, subject to checking. Implements will be returned only after the completion of all the rounds of the event. Basic implements will be provided for warm up and training. 7.4 Inspection of Competition Venue Heads of Delegation may visit the stadium Sportgorodok, inspecting access routes and other facilities which will be important to the teams on May 20 at 16:00. Heads of Delegation are to meet by LOC members at the Parking lot of the stadium Sportgorodok from where they will be escort on this visit. 7.5 Competition Area The competition will take place on 21-23 May 2010. The competition venue is Olympic Complex “Luzhniki”: - the main competition area (except for Hammer and Discus) - stadium “Sportgorodok”; - warm up and training (except throwing events) – stadium North Sports Complex; - warm up and training for all throwing events – stadium South Sports Complex - competition venue for Hammer and Discus – stadium South Sports Complex There will be shuttle buses going between the venues. Competition and training venues of the Olympic Complex “Luzhniki” and the surroundings are shown in appendix 4 of this document. There are about 5000 seats in the stadium.
