5. ACCOMMODATION & HOTEL INFORMATION<br />
5.1 General Information<br />
The LOC has reserved 2 good quality hotels for teams, providing full board accommodation<br />
and easy accessibility to the competition venue.<br />
5.2 Information Desk<br />
An information desk (covering general enquiries, accommodation and transportation issues)<br />
will be located in the lobby of each hotel.<br />

5.4 Costs, IAAF and <strong>European</strong> <strong>Athletic</strong>s Quota<br />
For all athletes and officials within the IAAF Quota (see appendix 5.), IAAF will pay for full<br />
board accommodation, as stipulated in the <strong>European</strong> <strong>Athletic</strong>s Competition Regulations<br />
(1211.5), limited to the number of competition days plus one. No contribution shall be made<br />
in respect of athletes representing the host <strong>European</strong> <strong>Athletic</strong>s Member Federation.<br />
Additional <strong>Team</strong> Officials are allocated per team as detailed in appendix 6.<br />
The following rates apply for full board accommodation for team members:<br />
