General
Each journalist or member of the media family
will receive an accreditation card, which must
be worn at all times and should be clearly visible.
Security personnel will control all areas.
The accreditation is not transferable and does
not allow the holder to take another person
beyond checkpoints. Photos are not required
for the accreditation card system.
Accreditation Procedure
Accreditation cards will be prepared in advance
of the event, based on the information
provided by you or your organization in the
European Athletics online registration system.
No changes will be accepted after the final entry
deadline.
Accreditation cards will be distributed at the
Accreditation Centre, located in SPC “Vojvodina”.
Opening hours:
­ From 08 am to 10.00 pm from Monday 20th
of July – 22nd of July.
­ From 08 am to 04.00 pm from Thursday 23rd
of July – 26th of July .
Loss of Accreditation Card
Any lost or damaged accreditation cards
should be reported to info desk in Accreditation
Centre. Duplicate cards can be obtained
where proof of identity can be established.
Unauthorised use of an Accreditation card will
result in the card being confiscated.
Access Areas for Medias
A description of the accreditation system is included
on the back of the accreditation card.
All media accreditation cards will allow access
to the Media Centre, Media Tribune and
Mixed Zone.

Generalije
Svaki novinar ili član medija [e dobiti akreditaciju,
koju [e nositi svo vreme i koja mora biti
vidljiva. Osoblje zaduženo za obezbe\enje [e
kontrolisati sve zone. Akreditacija nije prenosiog
karaktera i vlasnicima iste ne dozvoljava
da druge osobe uvode na dozvoljene zone.
Akreditacije ne[e sadržati slike.
Procedura za akreditaciju
Akreditacie, koje [e se unapred pripremiti, su
zasnovane na informacijama koje ste dali Vi
ili Vaša organizacija kroz online registracioni
sistem Evropske Atletike. Ni jedna promena se
ne[e prihvatiti nakon krajnjeg roka za prijavljivanje.
Akreditacije [e se preuzimati u Akreditacionom
Centru, koji se nalazi u SPC “Vojvodina”.
Radno vreme akreditacionog centra:
- Od 08.00h do 22.00h - 20.Jul – 22.Jul.
- Od 08.00h do 16.00 h - 23. Jul – 26. Jul .
Gubitak akreditacije
Gubitak ili ošte[enje akreditacije treba da se
priijavi na info pultu u Akreditacionom Centru.
Nova akreditacija se može izvaditi uz priložen
dokaz o identifikaciji.
Ukoliko do\e do neovlaš[ene upotrebe akreditacije,
ista [e biti oduzeta.
Pristupne zone za Medije
Informacije o pristupnim zonama su date na
pole\ini akreditacije.
Sve akreditacije za medije omogu[avaju pristup
Media Centru, Media Tribini i Miks zoni.
