INFORMATION BULLETIN 12 April 2013<br />

We have the great pleasure to confirm that the European Champion Clubs Cup T&F<br />

Senior group “B” will take place in <strong>Dubnica</strong>/SVK on 25 May 2013.<br />

Please find below updated information about the competition.<br />

Entries<br />

Further to the preliminary entries that closed on 26 February 2013, Group B will gather 9<br />

Men and 9 Women registered teams. The list of participating clubs is as follows:<br />

The entries will be made through the European Athletics Online Entry system accessible on<br />

the European Athletics website www.european-athletics.org in the section Member<br />

Federation Zone/Competition. Member Federations should use their already known ID and<br />

password.<br />

The dates for the final entries are the following:<br />

Opening on 30 April 2013 and closing on 15 May 2013<br />

Travel<br />

The official airport is Bratislava International Airport, which is situated approximately 150 km<br />

from <strong>Dubnica</strong>.<br />

The LOC will also be able to organise transfer from Vienna or Budapest airport on Teams’<br />

request and at their own cost:<br />

- Vienna airport: 300,00 € (2,5 hours)<br />

- Budapest airport: 600,00 € (4 hours)<br />

In order to facilitate logistics planning, the participating teams are kindly ask to inform the<br />

LOC about their arrival date and airport by returning the attached travel form as soon as<br />

possible and no later than 15 May 2013.


Visas<br />

Non biometric passport holders from BIH and SRB will need visas to enter Slovak Republic<br />

and should obtain them from the Slovak Embassy or Consulate in their country.<br />

Please contact the Local Organising Committee (satkovazuzana@yahoo.com) to<br />

receive the needed official invitation.<br />

Finance<br />

Participating Teams not having yet proceeded with the payment of the registration fee of<br />

1000 Euros (Competition Regulations 1410.6.1) are kindly requested to send it into<br />

organising club’s bank whose details are listed below, as soon as possible:<br />

Accommodation costs<br />

In order to decrease the organizers costs the clubs should pay a contribution for<br />

accommodation expenses apart from above mentioned registration fee.<br />

An amount of 1600 Euros for 2 nights full board accommodation of in quota team<br />

members (22 athletes and 4 officials) should be paid by each team to the organiser in<br />

order to partially support accommodation costs.<br />

The following rates will also be charged for “out of quota” team members and additional<br />

single rooms or additional nights: (per pers / per night)<br />

€ 70,00 in double occupancy<br />

€ 120,00 in single occupancy<br />

Single room requests will be considered according to the availability of the rooms.<br />

Invoices will be sent to the teams after the final entries and will include accommodation<br />

fee, out of quota, additional single rooms and additional nights accommodation, as well<br />

as transfer costs from alternative airport.<br />

Payment will have to be settled in € by the teams either by bank transfer before travelling<br />

to the event or in cash (no credit card) on site. In case of bank transfer, please note that a<br />

copy of the transfer will be requested by the LOC upon arrival.<br />

Technical <strong>Information</strong>:<br />

Teams will have the possibility to train in the stadium on Friday 24 May from 15:00 to 18.00.<br />

The technical Meeting will take place on Friday at 20:00<br />
