INFORMATION BULLETIN 12 April 2013
We have the great pleasure to confirm that the European Champion Clubs Cup T&F
Senior group “B” will take place in Dubnica/SVK on 25 May 2013.
Please find below updated information about the competition.
Entries
Further to the preliminary entries that closed on 26 February 2013, Group B will gather 9
Men and 9 Women registered teams. The list of participating clubs is as follows:

The entries will be made through the European Athletics Online Entry system accessible on
the European Athletics website www.european-athletics.org in the section Member
Federation Zone/Competition. Member Federations should use their already known ID and
password.
The dates for the final entries are the following:
Opening on 30 April 2013 and closing on 15 May 2013
Travel
The official airport is Bratislava International Airport, which is situated approximately 150 km
from Dubnica.
The LOC will also be able to organise transfer from Vienna or Budapest airport on Teams’
request and at their own cost:
- Vienna airport: 300,00 € (2,5 hours)
- Budapest airport: 600,00 € (4 hours)
In order to facilitate logistics planning, the participating teams are kindly ask to inform the
LOC about their arrival date and airport by returning the attached travel form as soon as
possible and no later than 15 May 2013.

Visas
Non biometric passport holders from BIH and SRB will need visas to enter Slovak Republic
and should obtain them from the Slovak Embassy or Consulate in their country.
Please contact the Local Organising Committee (satkovazuzana@yahoo.com) to
receive the needed official invitation.
Finance
Participating Teams not having yet proceeded with the payment of the registration fee of
1000 Euros (Competition Regulations 1410.6.1) are kindly requested to send it into
organising club’s bank whose details are listed below, as soon as possible:

Accommodation costs
In order to decrease the organizers costs the clubs should pay a contribution for
accommodation expenses apart from above mentioned registration fee.
An amount of 1600 Euros for 2 nights full board accommodation of in quota team
members (22 athletes and 4 officials) should be paid by each team to the organiser in
order to partially support accommodation costs.
The following rates will also be charged for “out of quota” team members and additional
single rooms or additional nights: (per pers / per night)
€ 70,00 in double occupancy
€ 120,00 in single occupancy
Single room requests will be considered according to the availability of the rooms.
Invoices will be sent to the teams after the final entries and will include accommodation
fee, out of quota, additional single rooms and additional nights accommodation, as well
as transfer costs from alternative airport.
Payment will have to be settled in € by the teams either by bank transfer before travelling
to the event or in cash (no credit card) on site. In case of bank transfer, please note that a
copy of the transfer will be requested by the LOC upon arrival.
Technical Information:
Teams will have the possibility to train in the stadium on Friday 24 May from 15:00 to 18.00.
The technical Meeting will take place on Friday at 20:00
