Accumulators type “Buer Tank”<br />
The <strong>accumulators</strong> of series “Ps” are produced from high quality steel for<br />
accumulation of heating water. They save the energy produced by a<br />
boiler for use latter, so reducing boiler starts <strong>and</strong> stops (cycling), this<br />
balances the energy production from wood, woodchips <strong>and</strong> pellet boilers.<br />
The version PSR, has an internal coil, as an option for connecting<br />
of solar systems. The <strong>tanks</strong> outside surfaces are protected by rust risistant . paint.<br />
The insulation of soft polyurethane with a PVC cover is delivered<br />
separately <strong>and</strong> tted on site. St<strong>and</strong>ard colour silver.<br />

The <strong>accumulators</strong> of series “Alfa” are produced of quality steel for<br />
accumulation of heating water. They save the energy provided by gas<br />
or fuel boiler <strong>and</strong> minimise the starts of the burner, balance the energy<br />
production from wood, woodchips <strong>and</strong> pellet boilers.<br />
The stratifi cation plate inside the tank, the stratifying device <strong>and</strong> fl ow<br />
defl ectors on every inlet <strong>and</strong> outlet provide the optimum condition<br />
for stratifying the temperature. This highly developed construction<br />
allows the temperature to enter <strong>and</strong> leave the tank on the most<br />
appropriate fraction.<br />

The versions “Alfa R1 <strong>and</strong> Alfa R2” with high effi cient one or two coils<br />
are especially designed for solar systems. Outside the <strong>tanks</strong> are protected<br />

Stratifi ed Combined Tank<br />
The stratifi ed combined tank of series “Beta” is designed for DHW<br />
production <strong>and</strong> accumulation of heating water. On the outside storage<br />
tank various heating system can be connected such as gas or fuel boiler,<br />
woodchips <strong>and</strong> pellet boilers. Outside the <strong>tanks</strong> are protected by<br />
rust-proof paint. The basic advantage of this product is the very effi cient<br />
instantaneous production of domestic hot water. This unique characteristic<br />
is due to a stainless steel (AISI 316 L) exchanger made of 4 parallel tubes<br />
situated in the upper part of the boiler. The enormous heat exchange<br />
surface allows very big quantities of hygienic DHW production.<br />
The stratifi cation plate inside the tank, the stratifying device <strong>and</strong> fl ow<br />
defl ectors on every inlet <strong>and</strong> outlet provide optimum conditions for<br />

woodchips <strong>and</strong> pellet boilers. Outside the <strong>tanks</strong> are protected by rustproof<br />
paint. The domestic hot water (DHW) is produced instantaneously<br />
through a stainless steel (AISI 316 L) corrugated tube exchanger.<br />
The big diameter of the tube creates a small tank inside <strong>and</strong> the large<br />
surface allows the instantaneous production of high quantities of DHW.<br />
The stratifi cation plate inside the tank, the stratifying device <strong>and</strong> fl ow<br />
defl ectors on every inlet <strong>and</strong> outlet provide optimum conditions<br />
for stratifying the temperature. This highly developed construction allows<br />

the temperature to enter <strong>and</strong> leave the tank on the most appropriate<br />
fraction. The versions “Gamma R1 <strong>and</strong> Gamma R2” with high effi cient<br />
one or two coils are especially designed for solar systems.<br />
The insulation of soft polyurethane with a PVC cover is delivered<br />
separately <strong>and</strong> available in various colours.<br />

The multifunctional <strong>tanks</strong> of series “Multiwarm” are conceived for heating<br />
water storage. The top 2 fl anges are meant for installing of fi nned tube<br />
exchanger where the domestic hot water is produced instantaneously.<br />
The 2 fl anges in the middle are meant for different energy sources<br />
(gas, oil boilers, wood or wood pellet boilers <strong>and</strong> to solar collectors plants)<br />
where for instance a system separation is needed. The fl ange below<br />
is especially designed for solar systems. Through the special design a very<br />
big variety of solutions is possible.<br />

Warranty 1 Warranty <strong>and</strong> liability<br />
1.1 The seller accepts liability for defective or malfunctioning material due<br />
to faulty workmanship, on condition that the product has been used in<br />
accordance with the following operating <strong>and</strong> installation instructions.<br />
1.2 The buyer may make complaint under this paragraph provided the defect<br />
is reported to the seller in writing within three days from the discovery<br />
thereof. The warranty comes into force at the moment the invoice is<br />
issued by the seller to the user. The following warranty is given for<br />
defective product or inferior quality:<br />
a) For the ranges “PS”, “ALFA”, “OMICRON over 500 Litres”, “OMEGA<br />
over 500 Litres” <strong>and</strong> “BF” 3 years; for the ranges “BETA”, “GAMMA”,<br />
“SIGMA”, “OMICRON up to 500 Litres” <strong>and</strong> “OMEGA up to 500 Litres”, “Y”,<br />
“COMFORT”, “BASIS”, “DUOFLEX”, “DUOVAL”, “INOX THANK” 5 years.<br />
b) We confirm a warranty of 24 months for gaskets.<br />
c) We confirm a warranty of 6 months for electrical parts, thermometers<br />
<strong>and</strong> thermostats, except for faults caused by force majeure (lightning,<br />
rushes of current, etc.) or if the product has been tampered with.<br />
1.3 We accept liability on condition that:<br />
a) The invoice regarding the purchase of the appliance for which the<br />
warranty is applicable has been paid. The type <strong>and</strong> model of the product<br />
shall be recognisable on the invoice .<br />
b) The product has been assembled, installed <strong>and</strong> started up by qualified<br />
persons (plumber installers) in accordance with the enclosed instructions.<br />
c) The boilers are used solely for heating water <strong>and</strong> not for other use.d)<br />
The magnesium sacrificial anode is checked <strong>and</strong> if necessary replaced<br />
once every 6 months. The Company gives no warranty for burst boilers in<br />
which it is found that the anode no longer exists.<br />
e) With Combi boilers, the internal boiler is filled first. This is important<br />
(SIGMA range).<br />
f) An expansion tank is installed in hot water circuits. (BETA, GAMMA <strong>and</strong><br />
SIGMA ranges).<br />
g) The cold mains water at the inlet does not exceed 25 French degrees of<br />
hardness (°F) or 14 deutschegrad (°D).1.4 The warranty does not cover<br />
boilers that are damaged due to the following causes:<br />
a) Failure to comply with one or more conditions given in paragraph 1.<br />
b) Use of unsuitable product, incorrect installation by the buyer or third<br />
person, normal wear <strong>and</strong> tear, chemical or electrical causes not<br />
attributable to us, failure <strong>and</strong> damage in transit (the goods travel at the<br />
buyer’s risk).<br />
c) Damage caused by continued use after the discovery of a manufacturing<br />
defect.<br />
d) Damage to gaskets or other parts of the tank or damage to structures caused<br />
by water due to not having checked <strong>and</strong> tightened the flange bolts.<br />
e) The warranty will not be extended in the event of product replacement<br />
<strong>and</strong> will therefore end when the original product guarantee period<br />
expires.<br />
1.5 THE BUYER UNDERTAKES THAT THE MANUFACTURER MAY CARRY OUT<br />
AN ON-THE-SPOT INSPECTION OF THE DAMAGE OR DEFECT OF THE SOLD<br />
PRODUCT C/O THE USER. The buyer also undertakes to send photographs<br />
of the reported defect to the manufacturer.<br />
1.6 In the case of justified complaint, the manufacturer shall decide<br />
whether to replace or repair the product free of charge. In the case of<br />
replacement, the original product shall be returned to the manufacturer.<br />
Replacement costs will be paid by the manufacturer up to a maximum<br />
total of £600 for the first year of warranty, but from the 2nd year<br />
onwards the product will simply be replaced.<br />
1.7 Complaints concerning defective material do not authorise the buyer to<br />
make deductions or discounts on the purchase price or part thereof or<br />
deductions on the invoice. The manufacturer may refuse to settle the<br />
claim should the buyer not have performed all its obligations towards the<br />
same.<br />
2 Withdrawal - Return of goods<br />
2.1 Orders may only be cancelled with written agreement by the<br />
manufacturer.<br />
2.2 Should the purchase order be cancelled less than 20 working days prior<br />
to delivery, the buyer shall be obliged to reimburse costs incurred for the<br />
putting the order into production <strong>and</strong> relative labour.<br />
2.3 The manufacturer will not accept the return of delivered material except<br />
in the case of defect (see point 1.6).<br />
3 The company reserves ownership of the materials supplied to the buyer<br />
until full payment has been made for the same, while the issue of<br />
negotiable bills (cheques, promissory notes, letters of credit or such)<br />
shall be understood as made, to all effects <strong>and</strong> purposes of law, with<br />
recourse <strong>and</strong> not without recourse.
