Design Services
To assist with correct implementation of our biomass boilers, Euroheat offer
a system connection design service. The design service will provide 2D, 3D
printed and/or email schematic designs based upon the information provided.
This service will be implemented once an official purchase order has been
received.
Commissioning Services
The functions, control, cleaning and maintenance of the heating system will be
explained to the customer. A heating test-run is performed with measurement
of emissions and function check of the system. Set-up and instruction is
performed by a trained Rika/SHT specialist. If initial commissioning is not
performed by a trained Rika
specialist, no liability can be assumed for shortcomings due to incorrect
set-up. No warranty is applicable without fully completed commissioning. If
commissioning cannot be achieved then a re-visit charge will apply.
Necessary requirements prior to commissioning:
Entire heating system to be completely connected to electrical and water
supplies to ensure heat transfer. Sufficient fuel of a suitable type must be
prepared.
Maintenance/Servicing
Regular annual servicing of the heating system by a competent Rika specialist
engineer ensures:
Fault-free operation
Longer service life of the heating system
Savings on fuel
Environmental protection
The boiler must be switched off the night before servicing is scheduled.
Maintenance/servicing only includes labour. All parts and replacement items are in addition to service costs.
If for any reason maintenance/servicing cannot be performed a re-charge will occur.
