That same report shall also include an evaluation by EIOPA of the impact of this Directive. Article 1636 Transposition 2002/92/EC (adapted) new 1. Member States shall bring into force the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive before 15 January 2005 Articles [1-39] and Annex I of the Directive by [date] at the latest . Article 1537 Repeal Directive 77/92/EEC 2002/92/EC is hereby repealed with effect from [date of adoption 20XX]the date referred to in Article 16(1) , without prejudice to the obligations of the Member States relating to the time-limit for transposition into national law of that Directive.
