(a) the changes in the insurance intermediaries' market structure;<br />
(b) the changes in the patterns of cross-border activity;<br />
(c) an interim assessment on the improvement of quality of advice and selling<br />
methods and the impact of this Directive on insurance intermediaries which are<br />
small and medium-sized enterprises .<br />
7. That same report shall also include an evaluation by EIOPA of the impact of this<br />
Directive.<br />

1. Member States shall bring into force the laws, regulations and administrative<br />
provisions necessary to comply with this Directive before 15 January 2005<br />
Articles [1-39] and Annex I of the Directive by [date] at the latest . They shall<br />
forthwith inform communicate to the Commission thereof the text of those<br />
provisions .<br />
These measures When Member States adopt those provisions, they shall<br />
contain a reference to this Directive or shall be accompanied by such a reference on<br />
the occasion of their official publication. They shall also include a statement that<br />
references in existing laws, regulations and administrative provisions to the directive<br />
repealed by this Directive shall be construed as references to this Directive The<br />
methods of making Member States shall determine how such reference shall be<br />
laid down by the Member States is to be made and how that statement is to be<br />
formulated .<br />
2. Member States shall communicate to the Commission the text of the main<br />
provisions of national laws, regulations and administrative provisions which they<br />
adopt in the field governed covered by this Directive. In that communication<br />
they shall provide a table indicating the national provisions corresponding to this<br />
Directive.<br />
Article 1537<br />
Repeal<br />
Directive 77/92/EEC 2002/92/EC is hereby repealed with effect from [date of<br />
adoption 20XX]the date referred to in Article 16(1) , without prejudice to the obligations of<br />
the Member States relating to the time-limit for transposition into national law of that<br />
Directive. <br />
