The effect of night lighting has not been addressed during this phase of the project.<br />

More detailed information with regard to lighting sources needs to be obtained for<br />

further analysis.<br />

• Local or regional production gain and/or loss<br />

There is likely to be a loss in agricultural production in the long-term due to the<br />

project as land use changes are involved. However, the value of agricultural<br />

production will be offset (the extent to be determined) by energy production. If<br />
